Your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any event date, budget range and message you choose to give us. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to quote for the work.

When you subscribe to daily flower delivery

Your name, phone number, email address, optional WhatsApp number, delivery address, city, PIN code, optional landmark, chosen plan, start date and any delivery instructions. We use this to deliver your flowers, to contact you about your subscription, and to keep a record of the order.

Technical information

Our server records the IP address a submission came from, together with the date and time. We use this only to detect and block spam and abuse.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
• We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
• We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment for subscriptions is taken on first delivery.

4. Marketing messages

The subscription form has an optional tick-box for promotional emails. It is off unless you tick it, and we will only send you offers if you did. Every such message will include a way to stop them, and you can also simply reply or call us to opt out.

5. Who we share data with

Only our own delivery staff, and only the details needed to complete your delivery. Our website and database are hosted by our hosting provider, who stores the data on our behalf. We will disclose data if required by law.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years so we can refer back to previous quotations. Subscription records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

7. Security

Data is stored in a password-protected database and access is limited to the people who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
