2. Services

We provide fresh flower delivery, daily flower subscriptions, and decoration services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and festivals. Availability depends on your delivery area and the season.

3. Daily flower subscriptions

These are the terms shown at the point of subscribing:

• Plans and prices: Basic ₹350/month, Premium ₹600/month, Luxury ₹900/month.
• Minimum term: 1 month (30 days).
• Delivery: before 8 AM, daily, for 30 days from your chosen start date.
• Start date: you may start from today onwards.
• Auto-renewal: optional, and off unless you ask for it.
• Cancellation: any time, with 3 days' notice.
• Refunds: pro-rated for the remaining days of the current month.
• Freshness guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a delivery, tell us the same day and we will replace it.
• Payment: due on first delivery.

If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before your start date and no charge will apply.

4. Orders and quotations for events

Event decoration is quoted individually. A quotation is valid for 15 days unless we state otherwise. Bookings are confirmed once you accept the quotation and pay any agreed advance.

5. Substitution

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. If a specific variety is unavailable we will substitute a flower of equal or greater value and of a similar look, and we will tell you where the difference is significant.

6. Delivery

We deliver within our serviced areas of Surat. If nobody is available to receive a delivery, we will attempt to leave it safely or contact you on the number you provided. We are not able to refund a delivery that could not be completed because the address or contact details given were incorrect.

7. Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Where a price is stated as GST-inclusive on our site, it is inclusive. We may change prices for future subscription terms, but never within a term you have already paid for.

8. Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate delivery details and a reachable phone number, and tell us promptly if anything changes.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
